Amazingly helpful, has pretty much every form of every Spanish word. Great for those learning Spanish.

Could you please make the size of the text larger in the conjugations windows by clicking, pinching or chosing a specific size in the settings?

This is one of the cheapest and most sloppy programs I have yet to pay money for on iTunes. I guess, technically, it does what it claims, but with a very unintuitive interface and very little feedback that is inconvenient to access.

Its frustrating because verbs and forms Im unfamiliar with get thrown around a lot in this app. It isnt very user freindly, but thats probably because I am horrid at Spanish. If I were a more advance student, itd help. Overall, the content of this app is very confusing, hard to navigate, and not easy to learn from. Please add verb charts, (the six-pack chart that has 1s,2s,3s,1p,2p,3p from top left down to top right down) this would help a lot. Also please use better grouping for verbs. Go verbs, car gar zar verbs, boot verbs, pancake verbs, ect.

This is a great and simple product. Everyone whos complaining doesnt understand what its meant to do, it quizzes you on words and tenses, it doesnt teach you. This program is just meant as flashcards, not a teachers plan lesson. It serves its purpose and is an easy to use product.

I got the first version of this and in spite of having a little difficulty reading it, I made great progress in learning! Now it is even better. Dont let the basic, non-glitzy interface put you off. Get it and use it as directed, and you will progress. If you are seriously wanting to learn Spanish conjugations rather than be entertained, this is the application that will best help you achieve your goal. Perseverance and patience are required and pay off well.

Wheres subjunctive? I paid 3$ you should defently have at least some subjunctive tenses. Helpful otherwise besides the fact that it takes a while to find the verb. Seriouly I expect an update or a refund

Overall, this is very promising and definitely worth the money, but it has some serious and basic limitations that, if addressed, would make it about 10x better. First, allow filtering out the vosotros form - most Spanish speakers outside of Spain dont use it and classes in the Americas generally omit it, so it really clutters things up and is very annoying. Second, allow filtering out specific tenses. Students often want to focus on the basic tenses (presente, preterite, imperfecto, futuro, subjunctivo) and the trainer adds a number of secondary tenses (afirmativo, negativo, condicional) that are not as important. This makes it much harder to focus on the basic conjugations and get a decent command of them. Third, include in the help a basic description of what each tense is; someone who cant remember what the difference between imperfecto and preterite is would really benefit from that. Finally, and this is actually a serious problem, give this app its own icon. The last version was named "Loro"; I went looking for an update and ended up accidentally buying another app, also from Prometoys - their word trainer which appears to now be called "Loro" and this one is called "Conjugation". The good news is, I liked that app and didnt mind spending the $10 for it - but you really cant have two different apps with the same icon. On the plus side, the new interface uses actual pronouns (él, élla, etc) instead of "form 3, form 5" and uses the Spanish names for tenses rather than English names for tenses they are like (which helps, as some dont actually map between the two languages) and those fixes are both much appreciated.

The app invariably crashed when I tried to open it, so I have no idea what the program is actually like. I tried deleting it and reloading, but there was no difference. I finally took my wifes advice and bought Ultralingua, which is pricey but has both a dictionary and conjugation. And it works.

Ive been looking for conjugation flash cards for a long time ... thanks! My only criticism of this app is that the interface is a bit confusing. It took me a while to figure out that (1) I could restrict myself to the present tense and (2) it was possible to display the 6-card for a particular verb/tense combination. I almost gave the app up as not useful before I realized those two things. Some suggestions that might help: (1) Add a startup display that allows the user to see/change the verb tenses and the list of verbs being tested. (2) For the list of verbs, use the edit/delete/search interface that seems to be standard in other apps. (3) Somewhere obvious (perhaps on the flash card answer?), add a button to pop up the 6-card for the verb/tense. (4) Not necessary, but maybe not a bad idea: make the flash card display ... flashier (BYKI has a nice way of doing it).

I am finding this application quite useful at learning Spanish verb conjugations. So, it definitely is accomplishing its purpose. But Joe, PLEASE make a way to turn off the Vosotros form!!! For those of us that only want to learn Central/South American Spanish and not Spain Spanish, it is quite irritating to have the Vosotros form popping up all the time. Once again, this IS a very good application for learning Spanish conjugations on your iPhone/iTouch.

I am learning Spanish and this app had an impressive amount of tenses. Very nice

As someone who is just beginning to learn Spanish, this application is very helpful to learn the different conjugations. When practicing conjugations in the quiz/learn environment, It would be helpful to have the English translation at the bottom so that one can also begin to learn not only how to conjugate the verb, but also its meaning. For example, Presente: tu: Ir -- perhaps at the bottom it could say "to go." Just a thought, but overall very well done for the money.

Very bad. Half the words on the list are not actally used. Dont buy it. Its not worth your time.

This is terrible. Not nearly enough verbs. Waste of $2.99.

I gave it 2 stars because it lacks the ability to customize. I would give it 5 stars if you could 1. Turn of the Vosotros and number 2. Select the tenses you wanted to practice. For example choose only preterito, future, affirmativo or whatever customized set of tenses you wanted to practice instead of having all of the tenses thrown at you by default.

Almost tossed it before I LEARNED HOW TO USE IT! Now I LOVE it. I think this App is a diamond not fully polished, but not in the rough. Once I figured out how to select which verb tenses I wanted to practice (Im a beginner, so I selected only Present tense), IT WAS GREAT! I can spend a couple of dead minutes waiting for someone with a quick quiz! Make the effort to find the place to select the verb tenses AND you can switch back and forth between the learn and the browse (all conjugations of the verb) view, when you are in learning mode, which is also very helpful. Practice a bit every day. As they say in Spanish, poco a poco!

Youd think by looking at the description that this app would quiz you on all those verbs in all the tenses. Youd be wrong. It only actually conjugates 36 different words in all the tenses. The rest are presented with "In the same class of conjugation: blah blah blah" and youre given a list of other verbs that conjugate the same way--but no way to test on them. Using that logic, why say you provide conjugations for only 200-odd verbs? Why not put 2000 verbs? Its the same lie, only bigger. What a waste of money. The developer should be ashamed of himself.

Very bad application. You cannot search the verb that you want. There are only a few verbs and you are supposed to use whatever you can find as an example to coniugate the verb that you are looking for after you were able to figure out the logic that they used to organize this software. BAD

this would be the best app in the world if there were more verbs. please update with more
